Ufintech, a China-based AI-technology company, will be collaborating with RMA Contracts on a first business case, using AI to optimize call center operations via speech navigation and assisting with up-skilling of Call Centre Staff through AI-assisted response management systems. Last November, RMA was invited by Singapore Business Federation to attend the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, China, which benefitted RMA’s presence in China as the group looks forward to establishing more relations there. RMA has commenced their China operations with the opening of the Tianjin Branch with the assistance from Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Singapore Centre and are looking forward to building more business networks within China.
The MoU signing ceremony was held at RMA Group’s Office in Singapore. Lex Lee, CEO of RMA Group, signed on behalf of RMA Contracts while Ufintech was represented by Wu Lei, Head of Partnerships.
